Dark Blue Celebrated Water Hone
This small Escher reminds me of the ones we find in the hinged wood boxes. The label on this stone also looks like the same label found on the inside of the top lid of those boxes.
This travel-size hone was probably a less expensive option, for those that didn’t want to deal with the box. I like the way the box looks, but I don’t like using these hones while they’re in the box; so to me, having the stone loose with the label on it is a much better option.
I’d say this stone’s color is dark-blue, and it seems to be a bit softer than most with the same coloring.
