The knife is a clip point stainless steel hunter made by “Sharp”, who sold knives through Kmart during the 1980s. Early on, their knives were solid offerings, but perhaps not so elegant; they were made in Seiki Japan, of high-quality steel. This one came to me without a sheath, for the whopping sum of $4.00 USD, shipping included. So I decided to make a sheath for it out of horsehide scraps I have lying around.
