Colgate’s Cashmere Bouquet milled soap products date as far back as 1872. I am not certain when this particular bowl was manufactured, but I’d guess late 1800s through 1930s. There is no mention of “Palmovlive Peet” - so I see that meaning pre-1928. I’ve been buying vintage soaps for a long time, and I never once saw one of these before.
