Here’s a gorgeous Japanese Frameback razor, the brand is Riki, and I believe these were made for professional barbers. The blade is 6/8+, there are jimps below only, the scales and wedge are plastic and it appears to be 100% original factory NOS.
Tokyo Riki Co. Ltd razors were made by inmates of the Sugamo Prison in Tokyo, Japan.
