Nakayama Tomo Nagura
This sweet Tomo Nagura was sold to me as Kiita, and even though it’s quite yellow, it does have a bit of an Asagi type of coloring going on. Whatever the story really is here, I can tell you for sure that it’s a top-flight Tomo; it has just the right bit of softness and the slurry is ridiculously creamy.
The top, not shown, bears the stamp from the Nakayama quarry.
