Premium 3 Piece Nagura Set
This set of Asano Stamped Botan, Tenjyou and Mejiro Mikawa Shiro Nagura have been tested several times; they’ve been proven to work well in a razor honing progression.
The ‘Premium’ designation is my own – I use it to classify the larger stones that weigh around 150 g. or more The smaller 80 g pieces can have the same performance qualities, it’s just that I find the larger stones easier to hold, handle and work with.
The top part of each stone has been sealed with Japanese Cashew lacquer to protect the stamps and help prevent bits of stone from flaking off.
