Bevel Setting a Basket Case Razor

Reworking the geometry means taking off a lot of steel, keeping the stone very wet, and making a bit of a mess.

The bevel on this razor was badly pitted and chipped. Compounding those issues - it also had uneven spine wear. After 90 minutes of slow and very deliberate honing on the Shapton Pro 1k, the geometry was reset, the spine wear was evened out, and all the chips were gone.

At that point, I was ready to move to the Shapton Pro 1.5k.
